Single Notarization

We charge $15 for a single document requiring a notarization, with a reasonable travel fee. Simply pick a time and place and we’ll come to you! Travel fees start at $30 in the Littleton area, but we service the entire Denver Metro area, including Colorado Springs. Click below to request a travel fee quote.

FAQs

  • A notary is required by Colorado law to verify a person’s identity before notarizing a document, so please have unexpired ID handy.

    You will also need the document requiring notarization. InSign Denver can print this document for a small fee.

  • A notary simply verifies the identity of the person signing a document and makes sure the signer knows what the document is and is signing voluntarily. Examples of commonly notarized documents are below, but we’ve handled just about everything!

    • Estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.)

    • Motor vehicle bill of sale or title transfer

    • Power of Attorney

    • Real estate documents (deed of trust, quitclaim deed)

    She is also a certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and a certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System (LSS).

  • Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. Make sure you check with the requesting entity that they will accept a document that has been notarized via RON.

    A remote notarization does require a computer with a working webcam. Colorado law does not allow me to simply watch a signature via FaceTime or other video chatting services.
